INTRO
Traitorous police attack patriots and lie about it through the mainstream media. The same police that allow radical left wingers to engage in rioting, looting and arson attacked patriot protesters for non-violent resistance. Patriot protesters were injured and arrested. A Bald Eagle and a rainbow appears in the sky as they take a stand for liberty.
SUMMARY
On December 21st, 2020 at the Oregon State Capitol building in Salem there was a “special session” of lawmakers closed off from the public, apparently unlawfully so. As Joey Gibson put it, “It is within the Oregon Constitution that citizens have a right to witness the legislature’s meeting.”
Indeed, the Oregon State Constitution states in Article IV, Section 14 that, “the deliberations of each house, of committees of each house or joint committees and of committees of the whole, shall be open.”
A protest was organized referred to by some as being part of the ongoing “Reopen Oregon” protest against the unconstitutional lockdowns.

Some exercised their 2nd Amendment rights with open carry. Many called for the removal of Oregon’s governor Kate Brown. Things got a little violent and destructive against the wishes of some rather vocal patriots urging peace such as the aforementioned Gibson. Though there is a gray area of pushing and shoving, I think it’s fair to say that it was the police who crossed a line by shooting the patriots with pepper balls. One officer on the front line shooting people with what seems to have been pepper balls got a flag pole knob to the face for it. According to reports (see below), 2 people made it inside, 4 arrests were made and one person was sought afterward.
Among those who attended were Andrew Duncomb AKA Black Rebel (you may remember our report about a stabbing he sustained in the back right near his kidney in Portland in 2020), Chandlar Pappas (who you may remember was with Aaron “Jay” Danielson the night he was murdered in Portland this summer), Joey Gibson of Patriot Prayer, Landon Duncan, the Black Conservative Preacher.
At about 10:30am (according to at least one report) or 11:44am (according to at least one other) the Oregon State Police ordered everyone off the grounds under penalty of arrest and around this time it seems Ryan Lyles used bear spray against officers and was arrested with multiple charges including assault of an officer and trespassing (according to one FOX 12 OR report) or “charged with being a felon in possession of body armor and unlawful use of mace” (according to an other).
According to KVAL ABC 13, it was at about 11:00am that some tore the tarps off some statues on the grounds.
At around 1:30pm two men smashed the glass on some doors leading to the arrest of one and the search for the other. One or two of the men in the patriot crowd threatened and got physical with a couple of video journalists there (Brian Hayes of the Salem Statesman-Journal and Sergio Olmos of OPB). Others in attendance spoke against these acts and against the vandalism.
According to local reports, the protest broke up at about 6pm.

I want to take this opportunity to publicly apologize to the Black Conservative Preacher. On September 7th, 2020 some patriot protesters, after being attacked by Antifa, chased them and hit these Antifas from behind as they ran away and hit them once they were down and begging for mercy. I condemned these acts clearly in my video about it called “Funny But Wrong!“. In a comment on one of his posts, I criticized the Black Conservatize Preacher for being there and doing nothing to stop the wrong-doing. I was wrong. He explained to me that he yelled for them to stop. Indeed one can hear him on the video if one listens more closely than I did. So I apologized to him in a comment to him, but I want to apologize in a video. Sorry, man. I was wrong. In fact, I heard you trying to stop dishonorable violence in your livestream on January 1st, 2021. That was brave, selfless and honorable of you. Moving on…

At 12:18 into his livestream, Black Rebel notes that there are fractures in the glass of the doors and says that the glass was broken before they arrived and chuckled that Antifa probably did it. We note this here as a bit of foreshadow. This would be at the doors at the North West of the building as you can see marked with a red circle below.
At about 8:27am (9 minutes into the Black Conservative Preacher’s livestream) one can see a woman trying to climb into the window to the right of the doors marked with the red circle. One can see this in Black Rebel’s livestream starting about 20:38 which is why I calculate that he started his livestream at about 8:02am. In BCR’s livestream at 9:50 one can see an officer aim a spray canister at the woman.

Two officers can be seen approaching from the outside but it seems they are intimidated by the aggressive crowd and they soon walk away. Shortly after, at about 8:30am, the cry goes up that the doors are open. They are referring to the doors marked in the red circle below towards which many go.
One can see in the livestreams by Black Rebel and the Black Conservative Preacher the protesters trying to enter as the police push them back. Joey Gibson can be seen at the front shouting “Peaceful resistance!” Reinforcements in riot gear can be seen approaching the door from the outside. The two companies meet. Around this time, as one can see in the video “Attempting entry into the Oregon State Capitol” on the Rumble channel PatriotPrayerUSA that an Oregon State Police officer presumes to order the woman who is filming to let go of the door that she had been holding open in the struggle. A woman with gray hair is grabbed and shoved.
This is the moment in Black Rebel’s livestream (about 8:35am) that the police first fired pepper balls. The woman in the background would have her hair ripped out by the officer to the left of her. Chandler Papas is to the right of her.
At 3:36 into this same video, (and about 28:34 in Black Rebel’s livestream) one can see the same officer tell Chandler Papas, “You have a right to be here. You do not have the right to (?) the door(s) open.” He then tells Chandler to back away from the doors. “No!” Chandler says, “Let us inside. We have a right to be inside.” The officer tells him the building is closed. Chandler says it is not. The officer says it is. Chandler says it is not. It is ironic that at this point someone says, “That’s why we want to have a non-violent -” and that Chandler says, “We would love it for it to be non – ” because a moment later, at about 8:35am, the police fire pepper balls or the like as one can hear/see at 4:06 in this PatriotPrayerUSA video, 16:52 into the Black Conservative Preacher’s livestream, 16:37 into Villain Report‘s first video of the day and 28:54 into Black Rebel’s livestream.
At this point the same officer seems to wrestle with the woman who is holding on to the door while filming the video that was posted to PatriotPrayerUSA’s Rumble channel. You can see the woman’s hand go to her hair and you can hear a woman screaming. At 4:35 into the video she says her hair was ripped out by an officer. She tells Chandler the officer grabbed her by her hair and threw her. All the while we can hear Joey Gibson urging people to peacefully resist.
At 29:16 in Black Rebel’s livestream and at 17:18 into the Black Conservative Preacher’s livestream (about 8:35am) an object is thrown by one of the patriot protesters and an other can be heard saying, “Hey!” (?) “…like Antifa…” (?). The person was likely trying to convince them to not be violent against the traitors by pointing out that Antifa engages in such actions.
At about 8:36am (18:12 into the Black Conservative Preacher’s livestream) one can see red spray canisters are being wielded by officers. 30 seconds later one can hear spraying (one can also hear it in Black Rebel’s livestream here at 30:44) quickly followed by people recoiling and the Black Conservative Preacher saying, “They’re spraying mace. They’re spraying mace the police are – ” He pauses before going on to note that people then through objects at the police. He then says that the police are “saturating people with bear mace” and one can now see what looks like residue from mace or tear gas staining the white wall.

At 19:23 in the BCP’s livestream and 31:24 in BR’s livestream and 1:34 in Landon’s livestream (about 8:37am) someone on the patriot side sprays mace or pepper spray at the police. One of the patriots (perhaps the same one) can be seen spraying at the officers at 6:41 in this video. The police retreat as the patriots rush forward into a cloud of mace or pepper spray in the vestibule. It is at this time (8:37am) that Landon Duncan started this livestream and at 0:55 you can see and hear officers spraying with one of the red canisters.
At 1:33 in Landon’s stream (about 8:38am) one can hear pepper balls are being shot in rapid fire and see the man some will refer to as “Pirate” hit the officer on the frontline with the pepper ball gun (or whatever it is) in the face with the knob of a flag. This can also be seen at 19:25 in the BCP’s livestream, and although it is hard to see very well, it occurs at 31:27 in BR’s livestream. At 33:46 Black Rebel (I think) says, “That’s not mace, that’s fucking CS.” and at 37:02 he says, “That’s not mace, that’s CS gas”. CS is C10H5ClN2 the essential ingredient in tear gas.
FOX 12 Oregon KPTV reported that Oregon State Patrol said “troopers did not deployed any tear gas Monday, but did use inert pepper ball when dealing with the people who used chemical agents.” as if they did not deploy gas, be it tear gas, blue smoke or some other noxious gas. Furthermore, they seem to be lying by stating that they used pepper balls on people who “used” (past tense) chemical agents. As we can see, people used chemical agents on officers who had used (past tense) pepper balls and some sort of gas on them first.
That and an other report by FOX 12 Oregon KPTV as well as a report by KVAL 13 failed to correctly report that the police used chemical agents in gas form and that they fired pepper balls before anyone else used any weapons. KOIN 6 and KTVB 7 failed to mention that the police used gas or that they used pepper balls, instead blaming all the gas on the protesters. The Statesman Journal also misreported; “A protester sprayed a “chemical irritant” into the vestibule. OSP troopers, dressed in tactical gear, responded with inert pepper balls, though it is unclear how many were fired.”
The New York Times reported “officers fired mace or pepper balls”. Newsmaxcorrectly reported that “police deployed pepper balls and other chemical munitions”. The Oregonian reported “one officer appeared to deploy chemical spray” and also reported that the police fired pepper balls.
As Troopers attempted to keep them from entering the main area of the Capitol, the altercation became physical (pushing). A protester sprayed some kind of chemical irritant (mace /OC / bear spray) into the vestibule. Troopers used inert Pepper Balls to keep the crowd back (essentially a paint ball filled with an inert powder)…
At 8:30 A.M., when protesters entered that capitol building, at least one of the protesters used chemical agents on the police…OSP used inert pepper ball, while dealing with these protestors.
At 10:30 A.M.…another individual used bear spray against police officers…
Earlier in the statement it reads…
…At approximately 10:30 A.M., a protester again sprayed a chemical irritant at police…Protesters also deployed a device, which emitted smoke during the engagement.
As we have seen, this is a lie. Police fired pepper balls first, at about 8:35am. After that, at about 8:36am, police used gas of some kind. After that, at about 8:37am, a protester used gas on the police. That is the correct order of actions. They are traitors and liars and I told them as much in a comment on one of their posts.
At 40:51 in BR’s livestream he shouts “Out of all the rallies that we have done this year, this is the most important because we are taking on the legislation of ???? – enough is enough!”
At 12:07 into this video, one can hear a woman say that she has defended cops on social media but that she will not any longer. Then she and the other warrior woman, the Viking maiden who tried to climb into the window, meet on the field of battle and in the fray she says that this is about protecting America and that if they can lose their jobs the police can lose their jobs (and, the implication is, stand with them rather than against them). The patriots continue to push forward but to also recoil from the spray in the air.
By 8:40am as we can see in the BCP livestream that they have passed through the vestibule into an other room and are then opening the next doors. On and on they try to endure the noxious air to get inside. But it seems the next set of doors was chained together.
At about 8:46am (44:15 in his livestream) Black Rebel says the police have flash-bang grenades and they are reading the instructions.
Sen. Heard pulling off his mask in protest to their unconstitutional lockout of the patriot protesters.
Meanwhile, inside at some point, Oregon State Senator Dallas Heard addressed the state senate with strong words and removed his mask in solidarity with the patriot protesters outside. His time is illegally interrupted by an already illegitimate session leader. This can be seen here. Following this, Sen. Heard goes outside to join the patriot protesters. At about 8:56am he addresses the crowd saying that he left the Capitol when he saw that the police were “committing treason” against them. He then says, “you need to watch the video from my protest speech on the senate floor this morning to know that I am with the people. I told the Democratic majority what they are doing is absolutely wrong before God and the Constitution. I won’t participate in any more of their illegitimate assemblies passing legislation without the people’s full uninhibited participation in their government. That’s the way it has to be. Anyone who says otherwise is an elitist and a tyrant and is not worthy of elected service…”
A shouting match of sorts ensues. Chandler Pappas and others take the megaphone. Debate and argument continue. Many yell to Dallas Heard that he should let them in the building if he actually means what he says. I don’t know if he was unable to unlock the doors for them or unwilling but he never said that he is unable nor did he directly respond to their call for him to let them in. In fact, he seemed to keep encouraging them to vote which, in light of recent suspicions, seems rather, well, stupid. So, understandably, people swiftly tire of his talk.
People enter the antechamber, coughing from the gas, pound and kick the doors chanting, “Let us in!” Someone yanks on the door and the police yank it back.
A little past 1:05:00 into BCR’s livestream (about 9:23am) a protester announces to those inside the room that the police have armored vehicles outside and have declared the protest to be unlawful. People sing the National Anthem and then chant “USA! USA!!” as Chandler Papas yanks on the doors until the chain or cable or whatever it was falls off or breaks and (at about 9:25am, 1:19:14 in Black Rebel’s livestream, 1:07:17 in the BCR’s livestream and 21:28 in Landon’s stream) the police open fire with pepper balls. Some people scurry, many are coughing, but some stand strong, being hit with an other round of automatic pepper ball fire. Seconds later, Landon shouts out the open window that the doors are open and they need more people. He goes outside to repeat himself.

At 1:21:03 in Black Rebel’s stream (about 9:27am) one can see Chandler is covered in white residue from the pepper balls. One can see blood and bruising on his cheek where a pepper ball made impact. Chandler gets a megaphone muster the patriot protesters.
In BCP’s stream at around 1:10:00 (about 9:28am) a man named Jerry appears to be bruised, swollen and bleeding from where a pepper ball hit him in his forehead and he yells at the police, “I stand with Antifa now!” Chandler, whose friend Jay was murdered right beside him by a self-avowed Antifa in Portland in the summer of 2020 taps this man on his shoulder and says something. The man replies with something regarding how far he would go and says that soon the enemy of his enemy will be his friend. I mention this, for what it is worth, as tremor in the weather vein for those who are interested to know which way the wind blows. The Black Conservative Preacher notes this as a sign of the times. The patriot protesters chant “Enemies of the state!”
At about 9:30am, 1:24:00 in BR’s stream, the man with the paint ball injury on his head tells BR, “It’s going to take more than that brother! You took a knife! I’m gonna take more than this!”
The BCP returns to the doors at which the protest began to recap what has happened and at 1:13:30 in his livestream we can see either the same cracks in the glass more clearly or, and this seems more likely to me, there is by now newer cracks.

At this point in the Black Conservative Preacher’s livestream (1:18:29) which is about 9:36am or 9:37am, alarms are sounded. The alarm is noted as well by @dirquez from inside at 9:37am.
At 1:27:07 in the BCP livestream (about 9:45am) the patriot protesters recite the Pledge of Allegiance. At about 9:51am Joey Gibson uses a megaphone to tell the protesters in the room that police outside are getting ready to come in and arrest them should they choose to stay and to encourage them to remain non-violent. Many leave the room.

At about 9:57am, police outside announce something.
Apparently some protests are demanding they be arrested rather than leave the small entryway where they have gained access. Others seem to have left. #orleg
Riot cops approach and at about 10:02am and then (1:44:27 in the BCR livestream) get into formation right outside the doors and await the push from the riot cops inside to join them as arrests are made. At about 10:05am (1:59:57 in BR’s stream) the riot police push “Pirate” to the pavement.
Meanwhile Chandler and Landon are around the corner at the doors with the broken glass imploring police behind the next set of doors to join them in their lawful protest against the unconstitutional lockout and to honor their oaths. Black Rebel joins them at about 2:01:30 in his livestream and the BCP joins them at about 1:49:30 in his livestream (around 10:07am). Landon Duncan makes an impassioned but calm and level-headed effort to reason with the police. By about 10:15am the police make it clear that they are not going to do the right thing but that rather they would just arrest them for being close enough to try to reason with them.
Around 10:19am the police around the corner shrink back into the building and patriot protesters move forward until the police fire pepper balls at them. At about 10:20am the police again rush forward. Right outside in the spot where the officer had ripped that woman’s hair, “Pirate” and an other man fight with the police and as the police fire more pepper balls, a protester sprays the police (see 2:14:24 in BRs stream). Then blue gas is emitted from projectiles coming from the police toward the protesters. I point this out because, again, the police claimed that they did not use CS gas as if they did not use gas at all. In fact, it seems the police tried to blame the blue gas on the protesters because as FOX 12 KPTV would report, “Protesters also deployed a device that emitted smoke during the engagement, according to OSP.”

Later that day, in a livestream by the Black Conservative Preacher (about 1:45:19) he mentions that the blue gas canisters were launched by police at the patriot protesters. Newsmax would report, “A video posted to the Twitter account of a Statesman reporter showed what she said was a blue tear gas used to drive the protestors back but not away.” That tweet is below. Meanwhile the police once again fall back inside the building and the police outside down the street announce that the protesters will have to leave the grounds to avoid arrest.

At 2:19:55 in his stream, Black Rebel asks an injured woman for an interview (about 10:26am). One can see a bloody spot on her face where she was shot with a pepper ball. She said she is the founder of Oregon Patriots Rising and helped organize the protest. At about 1:14:05 in BCP’s livestream (about 10:32am) as a man encourages them to stand strong, people in the crowd cry out that an Bald Eagle flies above them and people cheer. At 2:17:00 in BCP’s livestream a woman holds up one of the balls the police had fired at them for the camera to see. Seconds later, Black Rebel uses a megaphone to declare the area to be a “Patriot Autonomous Zone”.

Around 10:45am, a man with a megaphone encourages other patriots watching remotely to go to Oregon to help them to continue the protest. People talk about camping out and occupying and half-jokingly note that if the police allow BLM and Antifa to occupy a zone, why can’t they?

By 10:53am protesters are tearing tarps off two statues on the grounds as one can see at about 2:35:00 in the BCP livestream. At about 2:54:35 in his livestream (about 11:12am) and 3:06:31 in BR’s stream, people cheer as the woman who tried to climb into the window reaches the top of one of the statues and then waves an American flag before planting it and leaving it up there.

At about 11:52am (3:34:35 in the BCR livestream) a man steps in front of the police’s armored vehicles and gently but firmly stands there. A short while later, someone approaches the BCR while he was livestreaming and notes how the man standing in front of the armored vehicles is like the man standing in front of the tanks during the Tiananmen Square Uprising.
At about 1:20pm (5:14:28 in BR’s stream and 57:02 in BCP’s livestream) someone starts to smash the glass of the doors. Many yell for him to stop. BCR says, “But this is the dude earlier that had the rainbow mask on.” I am not sure what he means by that.

Someone else on a megaphone says, “Breaking in motherfuckers!” as other protesters approach and crowd at the doors. The police shoot pepper balls at the broken glass doors from inside! A second man attacks the glass doors, kicking at them. Nobody tries to stop them and some encourage them. It seems the first man is shot in the hand with a pepper ball and jogs off. The second one attacks the glass more and then rushes at a man who seemed to be a photojournalist, threatening him. A woman can be heard yelling “This is our house now! Get the fuck out with your cameras!”
On the megaphone a woman tells leftists to get out. Some woman apparently starts screaming and others then scream that she is Antifa. Others loudly condemn anyone who is against freedom of the press.
At about 1:30pm the police use an armored vehicle to ram a vehicle a patriot protester had used to barricade the police. People block the way of the approaching police vehicles. Officers and people stand off.
At about 1:42pm (about 1:18:30 in BCR’s livestream) one can see Black Rebel debating someone about Antifa. Black Rebel notes that he had been stabbed in the back (literally) by Antifa and asks if the man would denounce the violence of the far left. The man would not and in fact, his response seemed to indicate that it is a faux pas in his subculture to denounce their violence. He would not denounce the stabbing of Black Rebel. I guess black lives don’t matter to this guy.

The police then leave (about 2pm). A man climbs a statue and waves a Trump flag. At about 2:09pm (at about 1:45:19 in BCR’s livestream) he mentions that the blue gas canisters that morning had been launched by police at the patriot protesters.
Remember, mobs using violence against media was adjudicated to be not unlawful in State v Strickland (me). Everyone who cheered it on when it happened to me gets what they deserve.
A fix on a tweet from earlier today: Oregon State Police did not deploy CS gas on protesters. Pepper ball was used by police this morning. Apologies for the error. Working to get more answers from OSP and local law enforcement to find out what other chemical munitions were used.
Please note that by including these reports I am not suggesting that they are honest or accurate. The Hill, for example, characterizes these people are “far-right” without justification, but that’s to be expected from the lying propagandists we call the mainstream media (which is legally classified as commercial entertainment anyway).

Joe Montoya, Division Chief of Investigations for the Denver Police Department, “Today in Civic Center Park, approximately 3:30pm the protest activity we had been working on was beginning to break up. People were starting to egress out of the park. At 3:37pm, officers working the event got on the air and indicated that there had been shots fired and that there was a person down and they also indicated that a suspect was in custody. What we determined was that there was a verbal altercation that transpired at the area of the shooting which was between the art museum and the Denver Public Library probably just south of 14th avenue. There was a verbal altercation that transpired. Firearm was discharged. Individual was shot and later pronounced deceased. There were two guns recovered at the scene and right now that’s all we have.”
In answering questions from reporters, Montoya said that one person was arrested at the scene in connection with that incident and that an other person was taken into custody (“in close proximity”) and that this was not related to the killing although initially they thought they were related (“they were a person of interest at the time”). Of course, I think maybe Elijah Elliot was working with the personnel from the Denver Post and/or NBC 9News KUSA just as Matthew Dolloff was working with the 9News “producer”.
When asked, “Where’s that person right now?”, Montoya answered, “I believe there might have been some potential charges on him in relation to something else.”

INTRODUCTION
A human being was murdered while attending the “Patriot Muster” rally near the Denver Art Museum on October 10th, 2020 as part of a literal conspiracy among Antifa; some of them posing as reporters or their security guards. His name was Lee Keltner and his life was ended after 49 years. He was “shot dead in the head in front of his son“. He was a father, a son, a husband and a grandfather as well as a minister, a Navyveteran, and a patriot. He was a tradesman; a hatter under the name Crossfire Hats LLC which now seems darkly ironic. Apparently the Great Trickster Spirit is the author of 2020 and his chaos can be cruel.
Here is the original livestream from which the video of the shooting is taken. The shooting takes place at about 1:56:50. which is, according to the Daily Mail, at 3:37pm in Denver (Mountain Daylight Time).
Denver police have confirmed that one of their surveillance cameras recorded the incident (according to 9News at least) but as far as I know, any such video has not yet been released. 9News also reported that the Denver Police Department recovered 2 guns at the scene of the incident. It has been speculated (at least) that Lee Keltner had a holstered fire arm and that Matthew Dolloff had taken that fire arm from Keltner which is why one can hear someone yell “Put that back!” We will return to that question. …reported the victim was being transported to the hospital at 3:49 p.m., and said the victim died an hour later…
Lee Keltner was a living, loving human being ripped abruptly from this brief precious life, it seems, for a photo-op; an induced news story for NBC 9News KUSA-TV and the Denver Post. I am not saying that they conspired to kill him or anyone else, necessarily. I am saying that they conspired to apply pressure so that something violent and newsworthy would happen, preferably something that makes their comrades (Antifa/BLM) look good and that makes patriots, like Lee Keltner, look bad.
Furthermore, they conspired to cover up some dirty details after they murdered him.
Lee Keltner was specifically killed by the hand of a man named Matthew Robert Dolloff using a semiautomatic handgun according to CBS 4; one of two guns recovered by law enforcement responding to the incident, mind you; a mystery we will try to solve. Dolloff, a far leftist as we’ll see, was apparently was hired by NBC 9News KUSA-TV from Pinkerton Security (who apparently hired him from Isborn Security) to act as a security guard or “executive protection” for an NBC 9News KUSA-TV “producer” (who you can see in the blue shirt being arrested in the videos below, who Michelle Malkin thinks is likely 9News’ Zack Newman).
According to various reports Dolloff was booked and was initially heldwithout bail on suspicion of first-degree murder and was later (October 15th) charged with 2nd degree murder. On October 22nd, the New York Post reported that his bond was set for $500,000 and that his council is trying to get that reduced.
A photographer for the Denver Post, Helen H. Richardson was right there taking photos of the altercations. After police moved in and arrested both Matthew Robert Dolloff and the 9News “producer” (possibly Zack Newman), Helen H. Richardson can be heard telling police that she just wants to find out where the police were taking her “guy“.
Jeremiah Elliott has a history of provocation and altercation (see the Appendix III). He engaged in agitation that day, in fact. NBC 9News KUSA-TV would later interview him on friendly terms and they would promote his fundraiser. He shows no remorse though he seems to have provoked the clash that resulted in Lee Keltner’s murder. He was arrested or at least apprehended that day but I am not sure at what point…
Agitator Jeremiah Elliot, photographer Helen H. Richardson of the Denver Post, the “producer” from 9News and his “security guard” Matthew Dolloff; it seems these people all knew each other and were all working together to try to get a good story for each other and themselves.
Well, they got a story, but they are the villains in it.
We started this series over a year ago. With 9 episodes now, we’ve can say that we’ve seen a pattern of solidarity between Antifa and mainstream media (including social media monopolies like Twitter).
If you are from the Denver Post or NBC 9News KUSA-TV (which henceforth we will shorten to 9News most of the time) or if you are a lawyer representing them and you want to file a lawsuit against me, get in line behind FOX News, Alyssia Jeong Perry, the Daily Dot and others. Also, I welcome the publicity because that means more people will hear what I have to say about you or your client. So, just to be clear,I am accusing9News, the Denver Post and Antifa of conspiring together, recklessly so, to make something violent occur and this resulted in one of them committing murder, details of which they conspired to cover up as we’ll see.
AN ARGUMENT THAT THESE NEWS ‘PERSONNEL’ ARE ANTIFA
Generally speaking, if they can, Antifa attacks people trying to cover these protests unless they are people who they trust to generate propaganda in their favor and these people from the Denver Post and 9News, it seems, fit into that category of Antifa-friendly propagandists. They can be seen filming the protest from inside without being attacked. They seem to have been anchored to Jeremiah Elliot without being attacked by him though he can be violent.
Antifa is not just an idea but it is also not an officialorganization (legally speaking). Antifa is comprised of those who engage in what they call “anti-fascist action”. They may engage in some action as a virtual group on social media or as a physical group of people concentrated in a real place at one time. To propagandize for Antifa is one way to engage in what they call “anti-fascist action”. Hence, to propagandize for Antifa is to be Antifa. “After all, literally,” Mark Bray, writes in Antifa – The Anti-Fascist Handbook (page xiv), Antifa “is simply opposition to fascism.” in their minds. The fact that what they call fascism is almost always nothing of the sort is an issue, yes, but these propagandists for 9News, the Denver Post, media companies we have covered in past episodes and others are, by their own definitions, Antifa.
Furthermore, when they, Antifa, say they are engaging in anti-fascist action they are not talking about opposing the actual fascist regimes and/or views of Franco or Mussolini (which no longer exist anyway). They are talking about opposing that which is oppressive, dictatorial, totalitarian. They are talking about taking action against that which opposes liberty. But they oppose liberty while those they oppose champion liberty. Those whom Antifa opposes (mainly patriots with libertarian leanings) are for liberty and against that which is oppressive, dictatorial, totalitarian and hence against Antifa.
Though it seems the now famous quote did not actually come from Winston Churchill as often thought, nonetheless, the following rings true because it is…
“The fascists of the future will call themselves anti-fascists.”
So again, these people from NBC 9News KUSA-TV and the Denver Post were there being Antifa.
A “Patriot Rally” was set for 2 p.m. The participants planned to meet earlier Saturday at several locations around the Denver metro area and drive to the park next to the state Capitol.
A counter-protest “BLM-Antifa Soup Drive” was planned to start at 1:30 p.m. at Civic Center to “drown out” the rally.
The initial agitator, Jeremiah Elliott, a 9News “producer” (possibly 9News’ Zack Newman), the shooter (supposedly the 9News “producer’s” “security guard”) named Matthew Robert Dolloff, and Denver Post photographer Helen H. Richardson were at the “BLM-Antifa Soup Drive”.
In the video in the tweet below, one can hear Jeremiah Elliott (who is not new to agitation at rallies/protests, see Appendix II below) celebrating the killing (just as they did after they killed Aaron “Jay” Danielson in Portland on August 29th) yelling, “One less white fucking supremist! Fuck yeah! Right in the fucking dome! Fuck yeah!”
…as with the previous weekend, the right-leaning protesters were inside the amphitheater area while the left-leaning protesters were outside.
One member of the BLM-Antifa crowd burnt the blue-colored Stars and Stripes flag used by pro-police groups, pouring lighter fluid over it and setting it ablaze at the feet of the DPD officers.
Large numbers of officers attempted to keep the two sides apart.
Police were not letting anyone else into amphitheater area, but by 3.30pm, the Denver Post reported, the barrier appeared to be coming down.
Police fired what appeared to be pepper balls into the crowd, after people from the leftist group started rattling the barrier headed into the amphitheater.
Tiegen had summoned his followers to a 2pm ‘Patriot Muster’ in the Civic Center park with the slogan: ‘Stand up, show up.’
The slogan bore similarities to Donald Trump’s response when asked to condemn white supremacists and the Proud Boys. Instead of disavowing them he said: ‘Stand back and stand by.’
‘Join myself and hundreds of fellow Patriot Americans for a Muster at Civic Center Park 2pm sharp,’ he wrote on Instagram.
‘Don’t let the communists, socialist party and groups intimidate or Oppress you any longer! Come join us and be heard & seen and celebrate OUR freedoms.’
BLM-Antifa organized their own rally in the same spot, at 1.30pm – telling their supporters: ‘Counter protest the fascist rally nearby!’
Chelsea Jacobs, a member of the Denver Communists, said that Saturday’s event, which the group called a Black Lives Matter-Antifa soup drive, had been organized in response to the Patriot Muster.
The ‘soup rally’ was meant to be ironic in response to comments that far-left protesters throw soup cans, she said.
But, of course, she is lying according to the above report by the Daily Mail. According to Biz Pac Review, the protest was put on by the Denver Communists, Denver-Boulder Socialist Revolution and other parties. Speaking of deranged communists, according to the Denver Post…
James Rotten was manning the table of books about communism at the rally and the soup drive as a response to the original rally planned. He led chants such as, “No cops, no KKK, no fascist USA.”
“We think every far-right rally like this wants to be a dangerous race riot,” he said.
Leaving aside his obvious paranoia (unless he’s being dishonest but stupid enough to think others will generally believe that it was a far-right rally that wanted to end on a race war), notice this guy adopted the last name Rotten which is the last name John Lydon used in the seminal punk band the Sex Pistols. Well, I wonder what little paranoid and, let’s face it, probably vegan, James Rotten thinks about the recent endorsement by Johnny Rotten (John Lydon) of President Trump for a second term.
Carol Keltner, who identified herself as the victim’s mother, shared the update in a Facebook group called Northeast Arkansas Tea Party Group.
“My son Lee was at the patriot rally today in Denver,” she wrote.
“After the rally a person on the BLM and Antifa side went up to him said a few nasty words then shot him in the head. He was murdered because he backed the police,” she continued.
“His 24 year old son was with him,” she added. “I moved to Arkansas because Colorado got too expensive and liberal. The left has gotten out of hand.”
Jay Keltner, who identified himself as the victim’s son, also posted to Facebook about his father.
“I can’t believe my dad’s gone,” he wrote. “This will never be right #RIP.”
Jay Keltner told The Sun that he was not with his dad at the rally.
Suzan Keltner, the sister of the victim, told the New York Post that the son who was present at the rally is having a difficult time coping after his father was killed.
“He was there,” she said. When asked if her nephew was doing OK, she said, “No, no he’s not.”
She later added: “There’s going to be a lawsuit, so I’m not sure how much we can let out.”
Keltner was described in other social media tributes as a “loving husband, father and friend” who would help those in need.
Friend Laura Sanders wrote on Twitter: “Lee was a loving husband, father & friend. He was a minister & helped those in need. He has family & friends who are grieving.”
She wrote in another message: “Lee u always had a great sense of humor & always helped those you could. U were one of the good guys! This world is a sadder place without u my friend! Thanks 4 all the great memories & fun times! Praying 4 your family! U were an amazing friend, husband and dad! Love ya buddy!”
Laura added: “I will miss you forever my dear friend! Your life taken by a coward! You were an amazing husband, father and friend! I will miss our conversations and your laugh and smiling face! Rest In Peace Lee! Much love.”

9News reported [archived here] that the shooter Matthew Robert Dolloff is 30 years old and…
…was contracted through Pinkerton by 9NEWS. It has been the practice of 9NEWS for a number of months to contract private security to accompany staff at protests. DPD originally took two people into custody and later found the second individual, a 9NEWS producer who works in the investigative unit, was not involved in the incident. The producer is no longer in police custody and is not a suspect.
However, it seems they also arrested or at least apprehended a third person; Jeremiah Elliott, as we mentioned and to whom we shall return. I wonder if this sort of misreporting by 9News is a reason why Michelle Malkin has called them “mob-simp media” since before this murder.
…Dolloff was issued a concealed carry permit in June 2018, which was viable for five years, according to Elbert County Sheriff Tim Norton. Norton said he suspended the permit Monday morning.
…by which they meant Monday, October 12th. It seems, however, Dolloff is not and was not a licensed security guard in Denver. In a statement, 9News announced…
9NEWS contracted with Pinkerton and had directed that security guards accompanying our personnel not be armed. None of 9NEWS’ crew accompanied by Mr. Dolloff on Saturday were aware that he was armed.
However, it would seem that Dolloff’s holster was right there on his hip; under his shirt but also protruding, casting a shadow on his crotch and one would think that it was quite noticeable to the 9News producer who was with him in contradiction to what 9News claims. One can see it in the now infamous secret frame 873 below.

Notice that Dolloff is beginning the process of drawing his gun while Keltner is backing away and not raising his spray can. As we’ll see, the Denver Post, it seems, initially tried to hide this frame.

This investigation finds Dolloff is not the only unlicensed or not properly credentialed security guard to accompany 9NEWS crews as they covered protests and riots during the past five months…
…Because they were not licensed, those guards were not required to go through the extensive training Denver mandates all private security guards receive.
Oh, is that how it works, you have decided? I am not so sure that the law would agree that you have the right to unilaterally decide that.
There are 16 hours of required training to receive a security guard license. Then, there are eight hours of additional security guard training each year for a license to be renewed.
There are additional hoops to jump through to get approval for armed status, which includes approval by the Denver Police Department.
A big part of the training those seeking a security guard license go through involves appropriate use of force.
Are they rubbing it in on purpose?
“You can’t always go right to a firearm or lethal force,” said Grant Linhart, the president of the International Counterintelligence Services (ICS), one of the approved trainers for security guards seeking a license in Denver. “Licensing and training requirements are important, so you know your operational boundaries – otherwise you run amok.”
Are they mocking this whole thing?
To cover protests and unrest in Denver, over the past several months 9NEWS has contracted with two security firms for guards to watch their field crews’ backs.
GardaWorld Security Services is one. Pinkerton, the company that provided Matthew Dolloff, is the other.
Using Denver’s public licensing data, we were able to confirm the guards identified as provided by GardaWorld to 9NEWS were licensed.
However, one of the licensed guards who worked an Aug. 28 clash between protestors and Denver police outside District 6 headquarters was in plain clothes according to sources who observed him there.
He was not allowed to be per city regulations that state, “The Applicant cannot work as a security guard in plainclothes without first receiving an endorsement from the Department authorizing him/her to do so.”
In response to an inquiry as to that security guard’s license, Escudero wrote, “He does not have any endorsements for plainclothes or armed status on this license.”
Larry Letsinger, General Manager at GardaWorld Security Services, did not return calls seeking comment.
A corporate YouTube video on Pinkerton’s website uses the slogan, “We are Pinkerton, we never sleep.” In Denver, there are now serious questions being asked about whether Pinkerton was asleep at the switch by providing unlicensed security guard Matthew Dolloff to 9NEWS.
Pinkerton, in a statement posted to Facebook stated Dolloff was not an employee and was a contractor agent from a long-standing industry vendor. That seems to indicate Pinkerton believes it was someone else’s job to ensure Dolloff was licensed.
Pinkerton has refused to say who they subcontracted with for his services.
The day Dolloff pulled a gun and fired that fatal shot killing Keltner, Pinkerton had provided 9NEWS two guards for the competing “Patriot Muster” and “BLM-Antifa Soup Drive.”
It gets worse. On October 16th, someone from a “sister station” reporting for 9News said that 9News contracted with Pinkerton for their security guards and Pinkerton subcontracted with Isborn Security Services who brought in “independent contractor” Matthew Dolloff. Matt Isborn, owner of Isborn Security told the “sister” reporter for 9News,
“The request from Pinkerton asked for us to provide them with a plain-clothed agent, executive protection agent to blend in and do protection for this producer. they asked for someone with a concealed carry permit, and that’s what we gave them.”
The totally objective * wink * reporter employed by 9News went on to say…
9 News Management insists they instructed Pinkerton the guards be unarmed. Pinkerton refuses to respond to questions. We asked the owner of Isborn security why Dolloff wasn’t licensed. He told me, “This is not a security guard assignment. this is executive protection which is not under Denver’s security guard licensing.”
The city of Denver disagrees and points to their 2018 statute that mandates a license is required for protecting anyone protecting individuals or property from harm… “It does not matter if you call yourself a bodyguard, superman, batman or personal protector.”, said Eric Escudero with Denver Excise and Licensing.
With so many entities involved, who is ultimately responsible for ensuring Dolloff was licensed? We again turned to Escudero who consulted with a city attorney and sent a statement that says in part, “The first security guard company is responsible for meeting all their company and employee licensing requirements, and responsible for any and all companies working below and so on down the chain…no matter how long the chain goes…9News is not responsible administratively for the licensing requirements because they hired the original security guard company.” As I reported last night, 9News has used a number of unlicensed security guards in recent months.
They also report that Dolloff’s family’s attorney stated…
“Matt was acting in self-defense. Matt put his life and now his liberty in between the now-deceased and the 9NEWS employee. This was not a political assignment for Matt. This was simply Matt protecting your employee.”

…Pinkerton, however, said it does not actually employ Dolloff – Pinkerton did not share the name of the company for which Dolloff worked…

…According to Eric Escudero, marketing and communications manager for the city’s Department of Excise and Licenses, “there is no record” that Dolloff had a license required by the city to work as a security guard – and no evidence he’d had one in the past.
City law defines a security guard as “a person employed or engaged by a private security employer to perform security services.”
Investigators have concluded that Dolloff was acting as a security guard at the time of the incident, according to a tweet from the Denver Police Department (DPD). It reads, in part, “further investigation has revealed that, at the time of the shooting, the suspect was acting in a professional capacity as an armed security guard for a local media outlet and not a protest participant.”
Dolloff could face a fine of up to $999 and a year in jail, Escudero said, if convicted of violating city law about security licensing.
And the company that employs him could also face ramifications under the law – the city ordinance requires such companies to make sure all of its security guards are licensed.
But it’s not clear who Dolloff actually works for.
Isn’t the (or at least a) company that hired him 9News according to their own report? The report continues…
In a statement issued Sunday afternoon, Pinkerton officials described him as a contractor.
“We are in the process of still gathering information to better understand the incident that occurred in Denver on October 10 involving a contractor agent,” the statement says. “The agent in question is not a Pinkerton employee. Pinkerton is fully cooperating with law enforcement authorities in their investigation of this matter.”
The Denver City Attorney’s Office “will weigh any additional criminal charges related to the defendant possibly operating as an unlicensed security guard once the Denver Police Department completes its homicide investigation,” said Ryan Luby, spokesman for the CA’s Office. “The CAO is also working with the Denver Department of Excise and Licenses to weigh disciplinary action against the security guard company for hiring and deploying an unlicensed guard, one without a license, much less an armed endorsement.”
Doug Richards, an attorney for the Dolloff family, said in a statement Sunday:
“Matt was acting in self-defense. Matt put his life and now his liberty in between the now-deceased and the 9NEWS employee. This was not a political assignment for Matt. This was simply Matt protecting your employee.”
CBS4 reported “Late Saturday, 9News identified the suspect as a security guard contracted by them for the rally.” CBS4 furthermore reports…
The Denver Department of Excise and Licenses tells CBS4’s Andrea Flores Dolloff was not licensed to be a security guard in the city.
“If he was operating as a security guard, he was in violation of the law,” said Eric Escudero, a department spokesman, stated. “Security guards are prohibited from carrying or using a firearm without getting an armed firearm endorsement for their license. All security guards in Denver are required to get a federal background check before they receive their license.”
Escudero also shared Denver is one of three cities in Colorado where security guards are required to have a license to operate, and there is requirement to have a license in the state.
Security guards are also required to go through training which includes training on use of force.
CONNECTIONS & COVER-UPS: ANTIFA, The DENVER POST & 9NEWS
As you may have noticed, after the murder word traveled fast that a Helen H. Richardson from the Denver Post was entangled in this Antifa/BLM/media circle-jerk. There was a buzz about her for sure. As mentioned earlier, her verified Twitter seems to be gone on the wake of all this. Well, the New York Times was nice enough to try to run some damage control with their propaganda piece, “How a Denver Photojournalist Captured a Shooting as It Unfolded” (archived here). Tabachnik reports in this article that Helen H. Richardson spent three hours at the Denver Police headquarters where she was being questioned as a witness. According to the article she expressed deep concern – no, not for the late Lee Keltner and his surviving loved ones. Rather…
“It’s 4 o’clock, and I have a deadline,” she recalled telling the police.

Ms. Richardson described how she came to take the photographs in a phone interview on Monday. She was near Civic Center Park in Denver on Saturday afternoon covering a far-right “Patriot Muster” rally while a far-left counterprotest took place nearby. After people started to disperse, she was at the southern end of the park, near the Denver Art Museum, when an argument broke out.
“I don’t really know what compelled me to walk that way,” Ms. Richardson said.
Well I have an idea. Maybe it was the fact that her “guy” was that way, whether her “guy” was the shooter, Dolloff, the 9News “producer” or the instigator, Jeremiah Elliot. Am I accusing her of knowing the Jeremiah Elliott? Yes. At the very least she would have had enough up-close experience with Jeremiah to know that she should pay attention to him as a photographer.
She can be seen near him in the first photo of this article by No Man’s Land about Jeremiah Elliot that I happen to recommend.
As we’ll see, Michelle Malkin would tweet some damning evidence that Jeremiah Elliot, Helen H. Richardson, Matthew Robert Dolloff and Zach Newman knew each other and were in each other’s close presence that day.
Kitty Shackleford (@KittyLists) tweeted a handful of livestreams of the event. Shackleford also noted that the 9News “producer” (with Dolloff beside him) can be seen filming the Antifa side openly without being harassed as Antifa tends to do.

In the photo of Mr. Keltner lying on the ground, Mr. Dolloff, his head turned hard to his left, appears to look directly at Ms. Richardson’s camera.
“In that moment it felt like it was only me and him,” she said. “Is he going to start spraying bullets into the crowd?” she recalled thinking. “I had no bulletproof vest, nothing.”
“I felt this sense of, I am open; I am really vulnerable,” she said. “And then it was over.”
Mr. Keltner, 49, who owned a custom hat shop in the Denver area, died after being taken to a hospital, the police said on Saturday…
…Ms. Richardson is one of five staff photographers at The Denver Post, which has been gutted by layoffs after a hedge fund bought the paper in 2011. She photographs a variety of subjects, like sports, wildfires and other breaking news. The rally on Saturday is one of only a few protests she has photographed in 2020 because she was furloughed earlier in the year, she said.
The photos on Saturday “just happened,” she said. “I just shot at the right time.”
Ms. Richardson’s photo of Mr. Keltner spraying Mr. Dolloff was a “moment of everything coming together in one frame,” she said, adding that it is difficult in fast-moving situations to situate the camera in focus and with the correct exposure.
“To get that moment,” she said, “it’s not easy to do. I was shocked.”

That photographer sure did get lucky, didn’t she? In fact, she barely had a job until she was lucky enough to take these photos. Totally a coincidence. The Denver Post had put out “PHOTOS: A frame by frame account of the Denver protest shooting” initially at 9:01pm on Oct 12 containing the photos Helen H. Richardson took moments before and during the shooting. Apparently it did not include photo 873. It was updated after that. An archive of the article at 10:02pm on Oct 12 contains photo 873. As mentioned/shown earlier, photo 873 shows that Dolloff was reaching for his gun as Keltner was backing away and before Keltner raised his spray can.

Doloff had his first advisement hearing Sunday morning. The judge declared the arrest affidavit will be sealed, and the defendant will be held on first degree murder charges without bond.

Records show the man being held for investigation in the deadly shooting near dueling demonstrators in Denver on Saturday was working as a security guard but was not properly licensed, 9Wants to Know has learned.
The suspect, Matthew Dolloff, 30, was contracted through the company Pinkerton by 9NEWS. It has been the practice of 9NEWS for a number of months to contract private security to accompany staff at protests. Denver Police said in a tweet that Dolloff was “acting in a professional capacity as an armed security guard.”
Pinkerton, however, said it does not actually employ Dolloff – Pinkerton did not share the name of the company for which Dolloff worked.Pinkerton on Monday released the following statement via its Facebook page:
Denver7 reported they have also used Pinkerton for security and have learned Dolloff was at the U.S. Senate debate hosted by the T.V. station on Friday.
Dolloff was issued a concealed carry permit in June 2018, which was viable for five years, according to Elbert County Sheriff Tim Norton. Norton said he suspended the permit Monday morning…
…According to Eric Escudero, marketing and communications manager for the city’s Department of Excise and Licenses, “there is no record” that Dolloff had a license required by the city to work as a security guard – and no evidence he’d had one in the past.
City law defines a security guard as “a person employed or engaged by a private security employer to perform security services.”
Investigators have concluded that Dolloff was acting as a security guard at the time of the incident, according to a tweet from the Denver Police Department (DPD). It reads, in part, “further investigation has revealed that, at the time of the shooting, the suspect was acting in a professional capacity as an armed security guard for a local media outlet and not a protest participant.”
Dolloff could face a fine of up to $999 and a year in jail, Escudero said, if convicted of violating city law about security licensing.
And the company that employs him could also face ramifications under the law – the city ordinance requires such companies to make sure all of its security guards are licensed.
But it’s not clear who Dolloff actually works for. In a statement issued Sunday afternoon, Pinkerton officials described him as a contractor.
“We are in the process of still gathering information to better understand the incident that occurred in Denver on October 10 involving a contractor agent,” the statement says. “The agent in question is not a Pinkerton employee. Pinkerton is fully cooperating with law enforcement authorities in their investigation of this matter.”
Denver Mayor Michael Hancock in a Monday news conference also addressed the situation.
“Obviously a tragedy this weekend that is still under investigation. A great deal of review is taking place in terms of reviewing the videos and what happened — trying to understand everything,” he said. “We still of course are taking a look at the individual who is a suspect in the case who was not in compliance with Denver licensing with regards to being licensed — the security company has to be licensed, the individual security guard has to be licensed, and if you are an armed security officer, you must also have the endorsement of the Department of Safety, and we do know that this individual didn’t have either of those endorsements or licenses in place.
“The lack of credentials really is concerning to us. … While this is still under investigation, we do plan to pursue fully the scope of our legal power within the situation. [We] will allow the investigation to go forward. … We encourage people to demonstrate safely, to demonstrate without violence in our city and to exercise your first amendment right. … We will hold folks accountable for acting with violence and destruction in our community.”
The Denver City Attorney’s Office (CAO) “will weigh any additional criminal charges related to the defendant possibly operating as an unlicensed security guard once the Denver Police Department completes its homicide investigation,” said Ryan Luby, spokesman for the CA’s Office. “The CAO is also working with the Denver Department of Excise and Licenses to weigh disciplinary action against the security guard company for hiring and deploying an unlicensed guard, one without a license, much less an armed endorsement.”
Denver CAO on Monday released an additional statement saying:
“Licensed security guard employers that hire unlicensed security guards could face disciplinary actions against their licenses ranging from a fine, to suspension, to revocation. Businesses could also face criminal charges for permitting or directing an unlicensed person to perform security services. Regarding Matthew Dolloff, there could be civil or criminal actions taken, or both, against Mr. Dolloff, Pinkerton, 9News, and/or any other entity that hired and deployed Dolloff in an unlicensed security guard capacity.”…
…Doug Richards, an attorney for the Dolloff family, said in a statement Sunday:
“Matt was acting in self-defense. Matt put his life and now his liberty in between the now-deceased and the 9NEWS employee. This was not a political assignment for Matt. This was simply Matt protecting your employee.”
Denver prosecutors are expected to decide in the coming days whether he will be charged with a crime.
9NEWS’ management released the following statement about the incident:
“9NEWS continues to cooperate fully with law enforcement and is deeply saddened by this loss of life.
“For the past few months, it has been the practice of 9NEWS to contract private security, through an outside firm, to accompany our personnel covering protests. Pinkerton, the private security firm, is responsible for ensuring its guards or those it contracts with are appropriately licensed. 9News does not contract directly with individual security personnel.”
An additional statement from 9NEWS management was released Tuesday:
“As stated yesterday, 9NEWS does not contract directly with individual security personnel. 9NEWS contracted with Pinkerton and had directed that security guards accompanying our personnel not be armed. None of 9NEWS’ crew accompanied by Mr. Dolloff on Saturday were aware that he was armed.”

Matthew Dolloff, the unlicensed security guard working with a 9NEWS reporting crew at a “Patriot Muster” in downtown Denver last week, will be charged with murder in the second degree.
If convicted, this charge carries a mandatory prison sentence of between 16 and 48 years.
9News reports that Dolloff’s case will be filed on Monday, October 19th in Denver District Court.
Tayler Hansen has made this thread with lots of apparent screenshots allegedly of various social media posts by Dolloff. If these screenshots are legitimate then Dolloff is certainly left wing and not moderately so.

Before working in security, Dolloff had several brushes with the law.
According to records obtained by the Daily Mail, Dolloff had a trespassing arrest in 2011, for which he spent seven nights in jail.
In 2009, he was busted for driving with a suspended license, according to the online news outlet. In 2014, he was ticketed for driving under restraint and driving in an unsafe vehicle.
In addition, he filed for bankruptcy in 2013, claiming $16,000 in liabilities and under $2,000 in assets. Before working in security, he founded a farm with his wife that specialized in turkeys, according to his Facebook page…
…Dolloff was engaged in the Occupy movement during its early days in 2011, his ex-girlfriend told the outlet. However, he was not involved with Antifa or Black Lives Matter.
Shortly after he was identified as the shooting suspect, past posts by Dolloff surfaced, showing that he was more overtly left-leaning politically, with posts talking about how a Trump Button was a “racist button” and calling the Trump administration a “fascist dictatorship.”
The article “REVEALED: Charged Denver Shooter Matthew Dolloff’s Left-Wing Facebook Posts” by Richard Moorhead for Big League politics offers a number of alleged screenshots of Dolloff’s social media. It would be nice if these media companies would provide the actual links instead of expecting people to simply trust them. Note that this article claims that Keltner was a “Patriot Prayer demonstrator”/ This is not true. I know a number of Patriot Prayer people and Keltner is not with Patriot Prayer.
It seems Dolloff is the owner of Lavender Moon Farms in Elizabeth, Colorado. He apparently has sold bee pollen and honey, such as at the Tanner Gun Show in 2017. According to Heavy, he also sold eggs and turkeys “for a local farm.”
The farm looked to be inoperable when a Daily Mail reporter recently visited, 40 miles southeast of Denver. His most recent work involved radio. He previously obtained a Ham Radio Amateur license, but there was no apparent activity connected with his call sign: KEONKL.

Looking at Matthew Robert Dolloff’s Facebook profile here [archive here], one might notice that among the pictures on his profile is this this pic [archive here] (which resembles a flier for a club or rave, etc.) which features the Space Invaders character like the one tattooed on his wrist. “Matt the Alien” [archive here] is mentioned in the pic. One might wonder if “Matt the Alien” is Matthew Robert Dolloff but it seems “Mat the Alien” is Mat Andrew who seems to be a visibly different person.
At any rate, one may have also noticed the recent use of the Space Invaders symbol among Antifa. This German Antifa site makes it easy to print them out (alternative source here). Tiegen is the author of the book 13 Hours, detailing the botched Benghazi raid, which was turned into a film.
Tiegen spent four years in the Marines and then several years as a security contractor with Blackwater Security on missions in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq, he says on his website.
Tiegen then worked for the CIA on their Global Response Staff, deployed to 40 countries around the world.
He was in Libya in September 2011 when the US diplomatic compound in Benghazi was attacked, and four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens, killed.
He received the Award for Heroism and Valor for his bravery that night.
Back in his native Colorado, Tiegen has carved out a career for himself as a motivational speaker.
He regularly appears on television and radio to discuss his views.
On Saturday he said his Facebook page had been taken down.
The security guard charged with murdering a US Navy veteran at a Denver “Patriot Rally” is fighting to get out on bail — with his attorney insisting there is “obvious evidence of self-defense.”
Dolloff — who was allegedly an unlicensed guard at the time — is fighting to get his $500,000 bond reduced to give him a chance of being released as he awaits trial for second-degree murder.
As well as telling the judge about the self-defense argument, Dolloff’s public defender, Valerie Cole, complained that a number of filings in the case have yet to be addressed in court, with no details given, 9News said.
Judge Shelley Gilman said the motions had been filed too late and adjourned a decision on them as well as the bond amount for a hearing Friday.
Dolloff wore green scrubs and a surgical mask, answering “Yes, your honor” to questions from the judge about the legal process and his rights.
He was busted immediately after the shooting that went viral with photos and video capturing the deadly confrontation with Keltner, who had used a can of pepper spray as he was shot.
While represented by a public defender in the case, Dolloff also has an attorney representing his family, Doug Richards, who also insisted it was clear self-defense.
“Matt put his life and now his liberty in between the now-deceased and the 9NEWS employee,” the attorney told 9News. “This was not a political assignment for Matt. This was simply Matt protecting your employee.”
Joe Montoya, Division Chief of Investigations for the Denver Police Department, “Today in Civic Center Park, approximately 3:30pm the protest activity we had been working on was beginning to break up. People were starting to egress out of the park. At 3:37pm, officers working the event got on the air and indicated that there had been shots fired and that there was a person down and they also indicated that a suspect was in custody. What we determined was that there was a verbal altercation that transpired at the area of the shooting which was between the art museum and the Denver Public Library probably just south of 14th avenue. There was a verbal altercation that transpired. Firearm was discharged. Individual was shot and later pronounced deceased. There were two guns recovered at the scene and right now that’s all we have.”
In answering questions from reporters, Montoya said that one person was arrested at the scene in connection with that incident and that an other person was taken into custody (“in close proximity”) and that this was not related to the killing although initially they thought they were related (“they were a person of interest at the time”). Of course, I think maybe Elijah Elliot was working with the personnel from the Denver Post and/or NBC 9News KUSA just as Matthew Dolloff was working with the 9News “producer”.
When asked, “Where’s that person right now?”, Montoya answered, “I believe there might have been some potential charges on him in relation to something else.”
According to this web-page by Z-Library, in Science as Power(subtitled Discourse and Ideology in Modern Society) author Stanley Aronowitz calls into question the validity of “science’s truth claims”. However, science doesn’t make truth claims. Science doesn’t claim that it is true that the universe is expanding, for example. Science provides evidence that the universe began with the Big Bang but then again science also points to alternative scenarios. Religion says that it IS TRUE that God created the universe in 7 days or that it grew from the naval of Brahma and so on. Any scientist can tell you that science does not claim that this or that IS TRUE like religion does. So it seems the author Stanley Aronowitz is a jouster of strawmen. In other words, he makes a fake version of science, like a strawman is a fake version of a man and then attacks that strawman.
This inanity is rendered less surprising when we read further down on the Z-Library web what may be some indications that the author has a cultural marxist agenda;
He then examines Marx’s theory of science and traces shifting notions of science and its discourse within the Marxist tradition – including the work of the Frankfurt School and Habermas… …Aronowitz ends with a call for a social theory of science that combines critical distance with historical analysis.
Cultural Marxism, you see, was forged (←pun) in the Frankfurt School.
This author has also written The Crisis in Historical Materialism: Class, Politics and Culture in Marxist Theory which is described by Z-Library as a, “provocative and famous book” in which the Aronowitz, “lays bare the fundamental logical problems in Marxist theorywith respect to nature, gender and race relations, the concept of class, and historical time.” It furthermore states that this book, “will be addressed by other Marxist scholars and by students of social and cultural theory in many disciplines.“
Those familiar enough with cultural marxism will see that from these descriptions, it does seem that Aronowitz has a cultural marxist agenda. Like Valerie Greenberg, the first author quoted, Aronowitz (and seemingly Sokal by quoting them as such) seems to be trying to further the cause of corrupting respectable science to serve a cultural marxist agenda.

It’s people like you who convinced us to carry. When you think it’s ok for a grown man to attack a teenager for wearing a hat, that’s a problem and it’s truly sick.
I don’t think it’s ok for any person to attack another over a hat or political views. I think it’s appalling and shameful. However, it’s ridiculous to argue that these disagreements should be settled with a gun.

On the day of his memorial, an Antifa/BLM guy used a vehicle to ram someone who came to pay his respects, seriously injuring him.
A professor said he saw nothing wrong with the killing. Weeks later they would publicly spit on Jay’s grave with self-satisfied malicious pleasure.

Aaron Joseph Danielson (AKA Aaron “Jay” Danielson or just “Jay”) was assassinated in the street in Portland on August 29th, 2020 (this video has clearer sound of the incident). Our condolences to his loved ones.

Aaron “Jay” Danielson was not “a radical, racist or fascist” like antifa claims nor is valid evidence offered that the group Patriot Prayer, of which he was a supporter, is “far right” by the mainstream news sources that characterize them as such (such as those I marked with a red * as opposed to those marked with a green * that describe them as just “right wing” and/or “conservative”). It seems he and his friend Chandler Pappas were walking along when two men behind them start shouting to each other that they had “got a couple of them right here!” before fatally shooting him.
It seems the killer is Michael Reinoehl who is “100% Antifa” (according to his ownwords) and BLM (judging by the big BLM tattoo on his neck shown in the images below). We’ve seen him before. He was in the mob that attacked multiple people on August 17th (see 18:55 in this video, for example).

Antifa/BLM cheered the murder (see here & here), grifted in it’s wake, mocked the victim Jay online (see here [archived here]) and mocked Jay as he lay motionless and the police who responded to the murder, shouted anti-gay slurs and other insults. Antifa/BLM justified the murder by calling him a fascist even while spreading disinformation and pretending that they were the victim rather than the perpetrator. A woman interviewed on the street in Portland upon learning of the murder by an interviewer, would say, “Don’t be a f***ing Trump supporter in Portland.”

The person who seems the most torn up over Danielson’s death is Jason Wiley, a soft-spoken Black man from Shreveport, Louisiana, who tells me he met Jay at the bar about five years ago. Under the bill of his Oregon Ducks hat, Wiley’s eyes make clear he’s still dealing with a lot of grief around the loss of his friend…
…“The way they portrayed Jay when this first all happened was fucking heartbreaking — calling him a white supremacist and everything like that, like a Nazi and fascist. This dude didn’t have a problem with Black people whatsoever. That’s one thing I want to clear up. They misportrayed him as a person, and I’m upset about that.”
A number of the people on the scene of the murder can be seen with the killer Michael Forest Reinoehl before the murder about 1 block away including this person who detectives have identified but not named who seems to be the person that can be seen and heard with the Reinoehl. See this thread (archived here). I noticed that the tall man in the BLM hat who can be seen with the alleged killer before the kill got out of the driver seat of a black car right in front of Jay and his friend Chandler Pappas. This man, as we’ll see, is Maurice Monson (AKA “Reese”). Seconds before the murder one can see a black car come to a stop at the red light facing in the direction of the murder (at about 17:57 in this livestream). Then, after the murder, one can see the car drive through the red light, slowing suddenly to avoid the fleeing shooter (Reinoehl) and his apparent accomplice (who we’ll be referring to as “Subject #2”), then accelerate towards Jay where he had fallen and suddenly stop just short of Jay and his friend Chandler Pappas. You can see a person get out of the driver seat of the car and gesticulate over Jay and Chandler. At first it is just a single silhouette among many. But with repetition and by comparing it to an other video by Stumptown Matters and by listening carefully to both, you can tell that the figure that emerges from the car in Justin Dunlap’s livestream is the man in the BLM hat in a Stumptown Matters video. You can see the video cropped and at various speeds here.
A Youtube channel called Sticky Grinder uploaded “PROOF: Antifa shooting of Trump supporter in Portland WAS an ASSASSINATION.” in which he makes some of the same observations as I do but also seems to jump to unsupported conclusions about some things. But you are encouraged to decide for yourself.
Police responded within seconds and secured the area. The BLM hat man can be heard saying that he is going to move his car but then police pull him to the side momentarily. As we will see, it seems he is Maurice (or “Reese“) Monson [archive].
At about 19:40one can see the man in the gray tank top was with the killer, Maurice Monson and the others a few minutes earlier and about a block away.
Note the response by the livestreamer Justin Dunlap when someone tells him that if he got the kill on video he needs to hand it over to the police.
An ambulance arrived (see here, & here) but the Jay died. According to WND*, a Julie Jackson-Steele wrote in a post on Facebook;
I was watching a live video feed of the riots when I personally saw the guy execute Jay Bishop. There was no fight, just a coldblooded murder right before my eyes last night. America, the news media is lying to us! These are not peaceful protests.
“didn’t hear much lead up to it. I heard like three seconds of yelling and saw a guy spray bear mace,” Dunlap told CNN. “The victim sprayed mace and launched it right into the other guy.”
“I saw the victim pull something up from his hip with his right hand and a big cloud of mace goes in the air,’’ Dunlap said. “And then half a second later, there were two pops.”
The staccato sounds were unmistakably gunshots, he said. Dunlap saw a man turn around, take three or four steps, then collapse in the street, as two other men, one dressed in white and the other in dark clothes, ran off. They went north on Third, around the corner and west on Alder Street, he said.
I might add, by the way, I think what happened in Portland, where a — one of the Trump guys riding along in vans, inciting responses, shooting rubber bullets, I guess, or paintballs, apparently there was someone shot by someone in the crowd, with a bullet. Killed. I think that person should meet the legal requirements, whatever that calls for, be investigated, and it should follow through on what needs to be done. Let the judicial system work. Let’s make sure justice is done.

An event called the Trump 2020 Cruise Rally in Portland had been planned for August 29, 2020, for which there was a large attendance. The event page reads;
We would like to get some fellow American patriots together for a Trump 2020 Cruise rally to support our great president. We will meet near Portland downtown at 4pm. The route will be posted a few days before the event. Please share to gain support for our Great President!
On August 29, 2020 at about 5:30 p.m. a caravan of hundreds of vehicles traveled from Clackamas Town Center into Portland. This line of vehicles stretched for miles. A significant number of vehicles drove downtown, clogging traffic from the Morrison Bridge into downtown. Portland Police responded to incidents that arose, with a priority on life safety.
As vehicles inched along streets on both sides of the Willamette River, pedestrians and vehicle occupants periodically exchanged words. At times fights broke out; there were some minor collisions. Portland Police responded to scenes of fights, disturbances and collisions throughout downtown and made some arrests. Portland Police tried to respond to disturbances as quickly as possible to restore order, prevent violence, and keep traffic moving. However, since these incidents were spread over both sides of the river, that was not always possible. By about 8:30 p.m., the caravan of vehicles had left downtown.

We went there with Jay in the back of a truck and we went through downtown Portland without any issues… ..we went through, we did our thing, had a good time, came out, went back to the meetup spot and then Jay and Chandler went into Portland because Jay lives in Portland guys. You need to understand that. Jay is a resident. He lives in downtown Portland. he owns a business in Portland. This is why he kinda kept on the down-low. He showed up all the time but he kept on the down-low because he owned a business in the city of Portland. This is the thing that people don’t understand.
This video was shot at exactly 8:38 pm on Saturday August 29th 2020 from the SW corner of SW 3rd and Washington in downtown Portland Oregon. These people were standing out in front of the food carts street harassing and intimidating cars. One of them is the suspected shooter. Specifically the white male with the black “Qbala” hat talking on the cell phone. This suspect shoots and kills Aaron Jay Danielson just minutes later. Based on my video footage and a personal phone call record I have determined that the fatal gunshots rang out at exactly 8:44 pm.

By the 16:09 mark, Justin Dunlap’s video shows the feet of Michael Reihoehl, Subject #2, the woman in the striped dress, the girl in the denim shorts, red shoes and white shirt and perhaps others with them walking South along SW 3rd Ave. This would be at about 8:42pm. Dunlap follows them. Maurice Monson and the man in the gray sleeveless shirt and camo hat can not be seen.
Portland Police Bureau’s Detective Rico Beniga would later write (page 16, line 7)…
8:44:16—REINOEHL crosses SW Alder with a white female in a white t-shirt and
shorts. REINOEHL and the female are staring east down SW Alder Street. Subject #2
and another white female are following a few steps behind.
A few steps after they cross (at about 17:29 into Justin Dunlap’s livestream) one can see Chandler Pappas and Jay enter the frame from the left (heading West on SW Alder St). Dunlap turns his camera away and the others to point his camera at paintings on the outside of a store.
Chandler is circled, identifiable by his white shirt.
Jay is circled in red.
Extrapolating from the stills from security cameras included in Detective Beniga’s affadavit for Reinoehl’s arrest, it seems that Jay and Chandler turn to their left around the corner to head South on SW 3rd Ave just behind Reinoehl and his group. Detective Beniga wrote (page 16, line 11)…
8:44:23—The female in the white t-shirt stops walking and stands against the
wall as REINOEHL continues. Danielson and Chandler Pappas are seen rounding the
corner from the east and turning south onto SW 3rd Avenue. REINOEHL looks back
toward Danielson and Pappas, but continues walking and begins reaching toward his
waist band.
8:44:26—REINOEHL turns into the garage entry and reaches toward his left front waist area. REINOEHL conceals himself, waits, and watches as Danielson and Pappas continue walking by. Danielson and Pappas do not appear to interact or communicate with anyone and continue southbound on SW 3rd Avenue. Danielson appears to be holding a can in his right hand and what appears to be an expandable baton in his left hand.
8:44:33—After Danielson and Pappas walk by, REINOEHL begins to emerge from garage while still reaching toward the pocket or pouch on his waistband. Subject #2 looks back toward REINOEHL. Danielson and Pappas cross westbound across SW 3rd Avenue and REINOEHL and Subjects #2 follows them. The shooting occurs shortly thereafter and is not captured on the surveillance video
Detective Beniga’s states (page 5, line 20) that one witness who was on the opposite side of SW 3rd said…
…he observed a white male enter the ramp area of the parking garage and peeked out before exiting and being joined by a second male.
…and that these two approached Jay who sprayed them before someone shot him. Other witnesses corroborate this according to Detective Beniga.
At 17:49 into Justin Dunlap’s video, we see a red car heading South on SW 3rd cross over SW Alder St.
Yellow represents Jay and Chandler. Red represents Reinoehl (who turns into the parking exit), Subject #2 & the others.
At 17:56 we see a black car heading in the same direction as the red car coming to a stop before SW Alder as the light has turned red. This would be approximately 8:44pm. It seems that Jay and Chandler must have crossed SW 3rd Ave judging by what we can see next. The red car stops near Jay and Chandler. It may be easier to see the following in my video “Video of the Incident (at different speeds & cropped)“, but Subject #2 can be partially seen as a silhouette against the red car’s rear lights as he passes from our left to our right. Reinoehl, slightly behind him, moves in the same direction. Jay and Chandler are a few steps South of them (a little further away from the camera). In an interview with Brandon Brown, Chandler said that he and Jay did not see Reinoehl and Subject #2 coming.
In an interview with the Common Sense Conservative the next day, Chandler would say;
They hunted him down, they hunted us down, they recognized our Patriot Prayer hats… …they identified our hats. ‘We got a couple of them right here… …that’s what they said. We turned around. I didn’t even – it didn’t even register that somebody was pointing a gun at us until the shots went off (and) he took off running.
The oval on the left is Reinoehl, the oval in the middle is the identified but unnamed man and the oval on the right is Jay.
One can see a person on some sort of skate board thing rolling past, perhaps filming. The person runs away after the shooting. It would seem unreasonable to ignore such a glaring detail. But I am unable to discuss this person, at least at this time. I may be able to elaborate in the future if certain people decide to make certain things public. Until then, it must remain off the record.
Elijah Schaffer (Slightly Offens*ve) would ask Chandler (at 17:38) if he and Jay had any previous interaction with the shooter that may have led to the shooting. Chandler’s answer amounts to “no”.
At 18:02 one can hear a male voice yell something like “OH! OH!” and an other male voice yell, “Hey! Hey, we got one right here!” It is still about 8:44pm. One can hear the man begin to yell “OH! OH!” (or whatever he is yelling) starting at 0:23 into the Stumptown Matters video so now we can line up these two videos chronologically. One can hear the voices more clearly in the Stumptown Matters video than in Dunlap’s video but one can not see the crime occur in the Stumptown Matters video as one can in Dunlap’s video (albeit barely).
Detective Beniga wrote (page 9, line 4) that at this point he believes Aaron “Jay” Danielson…
…is standing in the west most lane of traffic on SW 3rd Avenue and facing south and walking away from Subject #1.
(“Subject #1” is Reinoehl)
Subject #1 is north of Danielson and is walking west across the lanes of traffic of SW 3rd Avenue prompting vehicular traffic to stop. Male voices can be heard yelling at this time.
In the next few seconds in these two videos we see/hear…
Male 1: “OH! OH!” (or something)
Male 2 (Reinoehl?): “HEY! HEY w-
Male 1: (yells something short but unclear)
Male 2 (Reinoehl?): “-e got one right here! We got a couple ri-”
Male (1, maybe, or male 3, but certainly not male 2): (yells something short but unclear)
Male 2 (Reinoehl?): “-ight here!”
Male (Reinoehl to Subject #2?): : “He’s macing you, he’s-” <at the same time as> Male 3 (Subject #2): “Right here?”
In Dunlap’s livestream, at this point it seems Reinoehl’s arms come in towards each other and he turns to directly face Jay. As Detective Beniga put it (page 9, line 11)…
Subject #1 then pivots and turns to his left and faces Danielson in what this affiant believes is consistent with a “shooters stance”. This affiant’s assessment is based on hours of personal and professional experience with firearms training. Specifically, Subject #1 is facing Danielson with his feet apart and squared toward Danielson. The arms of Subject #1 are not visible from the vantage point of the video. Affiant believes this is consistent with Subject #1 holding both arms out in front while holding a firearm with both hands.
Male (Male 3 (Subject #2)?): “-pulling it out.”
In this photo, cropped from one of the photos we saw earlier, tweeted by Zane Sparling (@PDXZane), we can see what may be a large mace or pepper sprayer or a small fire extinguisher or something else. It seems this is the “metal canister of “Bear Attack Deterrent”” found in the street according to Detective Beniga.
If the person had already noticed what Jay had strapped to his left leg (whatever it was) and thought it was mace then that could be why he would say “He’s macing you, he’s pulling it out.” in the speed of the moment (yes, I just coined that) rather than something more confused and surprised like, “He’s got something, he’s pulling something out.”
In the photos below taken shortly after the shooting we can see that the device is no longer in the holster.

Male 3 (Subject #2): “Right here?”
According to Chandler Pappas in a video made the following day, it was the shooter and his accomplice that yelled, “We got one right here! We got a couple right here!” and so on.
Yellow arrow represents Jay. Red represents Reinoehl (left turning arrow) and Subject #2 (right turning arrow).
At this point (18:08) in Dunlap’s livestream we can see Reinoehl turn towards Jay and we can extrapolate that he is raises his gun. The DA wrote (page 9, line 10)…
As Subject #1 reaches the west most lane of traffic, Danielson turns around and appears to walk towards Subject #1. Subject #1 then pivots and turns to his left and faces Danielson in what this affiant believes is consistent with a “shooters stance”. This
affiant’s assessment is based on hours of personal and professional experience with
firearms training. Specifically, Subject #1 is facing Danielson with his feet apart and
squared toward Danielson. The arms of Subject #1 are not visible from the vantage
point of the video. Affiant believes this is consistent with Subject #1 holding both arms

At 18:09 Jay raises his arm. Jay had a Glock Model 17 with a Hornady 9mm Luger red tip round in the chamber and a full clip with extension, a total 19 rounds but kept it holstered according to Beniga. We then see and hear spray. At the same time in the Stumptown Matters video (0:31) one can hear a staccato of 3 sounds and a faint spray. A fraction of a second later in both videos, one hears the first gunshot and then the second. There is not enough time after Jay raises his arm and sprays for Reinoehl to pull out his gun, point and shoot. He had to have already been in the process when Jay began to raise his arm.
In Detective Beniga’s affidavit for Reinoehl’s arrest there is no mention of Jay raising his arm and spraying before the first shot. He does not even mention Jay pulling out the spray device. He does write…
After the first gun shot is heard, an explosion of what appears to be a gaseous
substance occurs, which is quickly followed by a second gunshot. Affiant believes the
gaseous substance was from the can of “Bear Attack Deterrent” that was being held by
Danielson and which exhibited damage consistent with being struck by a bullet.
At any rate, if Jay had not pulled out the spray device and the bullet had penetrated it, wouldn’t the vapor originate from lower down? We can see it at roughly shoulder height in origin.
According to the Oregonian/OregonLive, the livestreamer Justin Dunlap told them he…

“did raise his can” of bear mace. He said he does not know if Danielson had a chance to deploy the spray before he was shot in the chest.
According to Detective Beniga, a spent .380 caliber casing (Winchester brand) was found at the location of the shooting and a metal fragment from a bullet was recovered at SW 3rd and SW Morrison. It also says…
A metal canister of “Bear Attack Deterrent” in the middle of SW 3rd Avenue
that was also north of where the deceased was located. Near the top of the
metal canister and below the plastic trigger housing of the spray, I observed a
large defect to the metal housing. The deformed metal appears consistent
with being struck with a bullet.
As the second shot is still resounding Subject #2 runs North and then Reinoehl runs in the same direction a moment later. We can see them running in the Stumptown Matters video at 0:23. It is difficult to see but easier when I slow it down in a video I posted. The camera swings from Subject #2 and Reinoehl past Chandler, past the red car which is slowly moving forward and past 6 or 7 people across the street.
At 18:13 the black car enters our view, slowing suddenly to avoid hitting Subject #2 and Reinoehl as they run past. Jay has turned and is running in the opposite direction while Chandler is looking in the direction of Subject #2 and Reinoehl. Meanwhile the black car accelerates towards Jay and Chandler.
At 18:15 Jay falls face down and Chandler turns and approaches Jay, crouching beside him yelling, “Jay? Jay!”. See 0:38 in Stumptown Matters’ video.
By 18:17 the red car speeds away as the black car stops just short of hitting Jay and Chandler and a person dressed in black with the lower half of their face covered enters our view from the right, runs toward our left where he will enter the passenger side of a black SUV type vehicle.
18:19 The driver side door of the black car opens. A figure steps out and jogs a few steps to where Jay is laying. If you watch the gestures of this figure, the height, etc. and compare Dunlap’s video of this point in time to the same point in Stumptown Matters’ video, you can see it is Maurice Monson. Meanwhile the girl in the striped dress across the street takes a flash photo as does at least one other person near her.
An antifa type person in black with a red cross runs up and crouches at Jay. She would claim to be a medic both on the spot and later to the media as we will see. Chandler shoves her away yelling, “get the fuck out of here!” other antifa types start to gather around. Maurice Monson yells, “Watch out bro! She’s trying to help him, man!” Chandler yells back at him, “Fuck you, man!” as Monson again yells, “She’s trying to help him! She’s a fucking med center help him! So let her help! HEY! LET HER HELP!” and gestures forcefully for Chandler to get out of the way. Chandler would say in an interview with Elijah Schaffer for Slightly Offens*ve…
You can see I pushed an antifa quote unquote medic off of him when she came up because I didn’t know if she was just gonna try to slit his throat or do ser – or try to finish me off.
Someone across the street takes photos. A few people crowd in close, crouching over Jay. A female asks, “Reese, do you need an ambulance?” to which he replies , “Yeah, call the ambulance.”
Among the chaos Maurice walks to the black car and opens the driver door. Then we see the police and medics arriving. Chandler stands up and tells the police that Jay was shot. They back him up where they question him. A woman yells, “They’re beating the medic!” as police back the “medic” away non-violently. Chandler yells at the police, “I don’t fucking know! Fuck you man!” and runs North along SW 3rd as a female voice yells, “Hey!”
Meanwhile the police ask if anyone witnessed it or has video. People are coughing. The red car is mentioned. Multiple people mention 3 shots but there were 2. A woman says that Jay is there because one of his friends him pulled him from an other lane of the street! The Stumptown Matters cameraman is backed away by the police.
Meanwhile, across the street, from Dunlap’s livestream we see the man in the gray sleeveless shirt and the camouflage hat at 19:40. Someone tells Dunlap that if he caught it on video, he needs to hand it over to the police. At 20:40 Maurice Monson opens the driver door of the black car as police talk with him. The same man urges Dunlap to tell the police about his video. Dunlap seems unwilling and angry that the man is insisting upon it. Dunlap’s livestream ends. His next livestream would start at 8:59pm with the police asking him for information.
As the minutes pass, Reinoehl and Subject #2 are escaping.
At 5:39 in the Stumptown Matters video, the camera swings over to show a person from behind with a backwards hat in black with what appears to be an American flag in gray. In fact, it looks like a Patriot prayer hat or a Blue Lives Matter hat but I can’t see a blue line or any words. His head is down. They walk past the man in the gray sleeveless shirt.

…we did not intend to go back into Portland, but the reason why I ended up down there with Troy and Albein is because we look at this video and we see a bunch of Trump trucks that are stuck and being attacked in downtown Portland. …as we marched for like 6 to 10 blocks slowly, OK, they were assaulting us, pepper spraying us. I was hit in the back of the head several times by some sort of metal object. I was pepper sprayed in the eyes because they took my sunglasses and for whatever reason I was able to see the entire time. It was just a blessing from God. The second we got into the gas station I just went blind…
There were people in that crowd that were trying to keep us safe and if you’re watching this video I would seriously like to thank you because you prob – you may have saved our lives and I appreciate you for actually having a heart.

I’ve seen the young lady in the video at protests downtown on several occasions. She is always very angry, and the megaphone — her voice and platform — fuels her. She seems to feed off the hate she projects, and I can’t help but wonder what kind of trauma she’s carrying — what could warp a young soul so thoroughly? I have to remind myself that hate begets hate as I refocus my thoughts toward pity — an emotion I have a hard time imagining the woman capable of.

At some point on this calendar date, the video “Tracking down Patriot Prayer Jay Bishops Murderer Michael Reinoehl” by Porteguese Conservative was uploaded to Youtube featuring 2 Portland cop-watchers/antifa-watchers, Chris Ponte and Robert West tracking down Michael Reinoehl’s last known address (at great personal risk) long before the police even showed interest in the man. The video was taken off Youtube. Hopefully I don’t need to explain how important it is that we push back against this sort of censorship by media monopolies that reap the tax benefits of being a platform while actually acting as editors meaning that they have no legal right to those tax breaks. These people do very important work. Fighting corruption with video documentation is crucial. I contacted Chris Ponte and he was gracious enough to upload and send me the video. It’s 7:17 long, edited and shows them looking for his address, asking some people some questions to that end and ultimately knocking but receiving no response at the alleged address. At one point, Ponte says, “We’re going to track this coward down. We’re going to find him before the police do.”

The article “Portland shooting victim was a ‘freedom-loving American,’ friend says“*by Topher Gauk-Roger and CNN for KMOV 4 included a video of self-identified “friends and family” say that…
Aaron Jay Danielson was not a radical, racist or fascist” and that he was, “not an inciter or an instigator” but rather, “a freedom loving american who died expressing his beliefs, a right which is guaranteed to all of us through the Constitution.
And yet, in the very article in which the video of these people uttering those words is embedded, they falsely characterize Patriot Prayer as a “far-right group”. Be that as it is, I quote them as follows…
During a news conference Monday, his friends mourned his death and attempted to dispel speculation online about “a man who was taken so callously.”
Luke Carrillo, Danielson’s friend and business partner for nearly two decades, could barely hold back tears as he read a prepared statement, recalling the years in which they worked side-by-side, sharing a home and a business.
“We were like brothers. Brothers who chose one another, absolutely inseparable. My life and my family’s life are forever changed in the blink of an eye,” he said.
“Jay touched many lives over the years through his business and personal endeavors. Jay was quick-witted and funny as could be. Quick to crack a joke or offer a hug. Jay loved this community and the people within it. Jay loved being a Portlander and [loved] showing out-of-towners his chosen hometown.”
A second friend, who only identified himself as Michael, remained emotional throughout his statement about the man he said friends referred to simply as “J.”
“When I moved to this city in 2014, I had little more than a pickup truck and a plan, and neither of those were much to mention. But Aaron looked at me and saw a person in need, and he filled that need by opening his home to me before I had [a way] to pay the rent and before I had a way to help him with the bills,” he recalled. “The only question he dared ask me as he entered the house was ‘how do you like your steak cooked? Cause we’ve got a couple going on the grill tonight. Welcome.’… He was a good, good man that would have helped anyone with any need at any time.”
Oregon Gov. Kate Brown, a Democrat, blamed Saturday night’s violence on the caravan and Patriot Prayer, saying the group and other self-proclaimed militia members drove into downtown Portland “armed and looking for a fight.”
Carrillo said Danielson was not associated with extremism.
Danielson’s friends did not comment on the investigation, but felt Portland Police will do “everything in their power to bring the person who did this to justice.”
An investigation into the shooting is being led by the Portland Police Bureau, along with assistance from the FBI and ATF. Authorities have not yet identified a suspect in Danielson’s death.

The Oregon State Medical Examiner’s Office has conducted an autopsy and determined the manner of death to be homicide and the cause of death gunshot wound of chest…

Left-wing groups in Oregon demanded Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler resign after the death of a right-wing protester over the weekend, saying Mr. Wheeler has allowed the city to spiral out of control.

On this date I put out the video “Updates on Antifa’s Latest Murder“.
It is now days after the shooting and Maurice Monson is not only still at large but is apparently not a suspect or even a person of interest. He is one of the main subjects in a NY Times piece about the Portland “protests” (dated Sep 1, updated Sep 5) but is not connected to Reinoehl or the shooting at all.
On this date, Reinoehl’s arrest affidavit was signed. It says that he is accused of Murder in the second degree, firearm, unlawful use of a firearm. This affidavit has been quoted throughout this report.
Also on this date, Vice News put out a preview of an interview they did with Reinoehl that would be aired on the night of Sep 3.

As it would later be reported* by Maxine Bernstein for the Oregonian/Oregon Live, this afternoon Portland Police obtained a warrant…
…charging Reinoehl with second-degree murder with a weapon and unlawful use of a weapon. That night, four officers from three different Washington agencies shot at Reinoehl after he walked out of an apartment outside Lacey, Washington, and tried to flee as they moved in to arrest him. Reinoehl was hit multiple times and died at the scene. He had a handgun but Washington investigators said it’s not clear yet whether he fired it.
On this date, Reinoehl’s arrest affidavit, which we have referred to throughout, was released.It says that he is accused of Murder in the second degree with a firearm and unlawful use of a firearm.
Also on this date the Joey Gibson’s Facebook profile and the private Patriot Prayer discussion group on Facebook were removed. I had been posting some of the sources I have used in throughout this report in the group and had intended to post something that afternoon. Not only could I not find the group but I could not find Joey Gibson’s profile nor that of the group’s moderator whose name I am not sure I should mention as such.

…April told DailyMai.com she believed her brother would have tried to fight with federal officers sent to catch him fleeing to the small town 120 miles north of Portland.
‘I wouldn’t be surprised if he reacted badly to a situation just like he reacted badly to the situation at the riots,’ April said.
‘He always acted impulsively letting the worst emotions guide his actions, and then he’d try to rationalize afterwards.
‘So I’m not surprised he got himself killed. I’m surprised a police officer did it.’
April continued: ‘I’m relieved and also disappointed by that.
‘At least it wasn’t vigilante justice that got him, because I think that would actually be worse. It would feed the violence a lot more.
‘But at the same time the nationwide dispute is very highly black people versus officers, and now you have a member of Antifa killed by an officer. So I can imagine things are going to get worse again.’
The school teacher and mother-of-two said the situation left her feeling hopeless for the country, and worried for her brother’s two children, an 18-year-old son and 11-year-old daughter, who were already devastated by the news their father could be a murderer.
‘I’m pretty sure they’re already both pretty thoroughly devastated. I don’t imagine they’re going to take it well,’ she said.
‘As estranged as we are, as much as I knew it was coming, one way or another.
‘I’ve been saying to people for a while, if he doesn’t turn himself in he’s going to get himself killed.
‘I feel fear for the nation. I’m mourning the loss of a brother I barely knew. I’m mourning the loss of potential for good every living being possesses,’ she told DailyMail.com.
‘I know there’s nothing I could have done differently to keep him from going down this path, but I wish it was different.
‘I have sadness for this whole frickin’ situation. Even though he really screwed up, I was really hoping he would take responsibility for what happened with dignity, so that whatever end he faced would be something that meant something good.
‘Now it’s just going to bring about more pain for more people, more anger, more violence.
‘I feel like this nation is further away from peace forever, and we’ve had far too many victims, and not enough change.’
He’s the kind of person who should have stayed as far away from the protests as possible, because he’s not the kind of person who could rationally work through that intense environment.
I would like to note that sometimes people, for example Reinoehl, do not differentiate between what propagandists claim is reality and reality. He seems to have believed he was shooing a far-right person. He seems to have believed what propagandists like the authors of this NPR article write when they call Patriot Prayer “far-right”. On this date Maurice Monson was arrested, the police asked for help identifying Subject #2 and later announced that they located him, a memorial was held for Aaron “Jay” Danielson and when some of the attendees went to a bar afterward, one of them was struck with a moving vehicle.

It seems that in the early hours of September 5th, the Portland Police arrested Maurice Monson without realizing he might be an accomplice in the murder. His bail may have been set as low as $900 (10% of the total $9000 in charges) and it seems these “peaceful protesters” are routinely bailed out (when not simply released free of charge).

Again, Monson can be seen with Reinoehl, Subject #2 and the others before the shooting about a block away (in both Justin Dunlap’s live video, and in a Stumptown Matters video) and seems to be the man that can be seen getting out of the driver seat of the black car to yell at Chandler Pappas. This is the piece of the puzzle that only I have reported on as far as I know. So I called to tell the detective in charge of the case to point this out. I left a message.

The posting asked whether police deliberately ‘murdered’ 48-year-old Michael Reinoehl.
‘Michael Reinoehl is the guy who killed the fascist in Portland last week,’ Loomis wrote in his blog post from last week.
‘He admitted it and said he was scared the cops would kill him. Well, now the cops have killed him.’
In the blog post, Loomis also included a tweet from historian Manisha Sinha who wrote Reinoehl’s killing ‘seems like a hit job, an extra judicial killing ordered by Trumpsters.’…

At the first presidential debate between Trump and Biden, Trump mentioned Jay’s murder.
In honor of Jay’s legacy he would not want more bloodshed. He would not want us to go and seek vengeance. We want justice. We want justice, we want the criminal justice system to do their jobs. we want Ted Wheeler and Kate Brown to do their jobs. We want the DA who’s letting – who’s still charging Joey with a riot… I think it’s got to be close to almost two years ago and and he’s not the only one; Russel Schultz as well and Mac Lewis are still facing those same charges and they’re letting people out who have thrown explosive devices at Homeland Security for the last 90 days..so I know he wouldn’t want vengeance but he also was a resilient man he would not want us to give up.
The morning after he was shot we went down and did an other flag wave…I’m not going to stop…we can’t give up…We can not let them make us afraid. I will not be made afraid by these people to walk down the street in my own city. Jay lived in that city so if you live in the city of Portland or if you’re going through the city of Portland and you’re a conservative and you’re a Christian you better be careful because they find it acceptable to execute you in the streets and not only will they execute you, the politicians will slander your name.
They won’t even say that they’re sorry. They won’t even say that they have remorse. They won’t even say that they need to make changes in their city. They will just call you a white supremacist and justify the violence against you. I didn’t think that they would go that low…
…we are not going to commit any acts of revenge. We’re going to make sure that justice is served.
As far as I have been able to ascertain, no one else has been charged with anything in connection to Jay’s murder. As we saw, Maurice Monson was arrested but for unrelated charges. Subject #2 was apprehended and questioned but it seems he was not charged. It would not surprise those of us familiar enough with Portland’s crooked politics if the local authorities simply sweep it under the rug. However, the federal government has been leaning on them, making them do their job or doing their job for them. So let us hope everyone who has had a hand in Jay’s murder is brought to justice. Let it stand as a warning. Let it be the last time. And may Jay rest in peace.
“Jay supported Patriot Prayer because Patriot Prayer represents supporting the police,” Danielson’s friend Sarah tells me. “But Jay was nonviolent. He went downtown to film what was going on in case anything crazy happened. He literally rode side-by-side with the caravan of Trump people because he knew those people were going to be targeted and potentially be hurt. But he was not a Trump supporter at all. His views aligned more with the conservative side, yes, but he does not agree with Trump whatsoever.”
The person who seems the most torn up over Danielson’s death is Jason Wiley, a soft-spoken Black man from Shreveport, Louisiana, who tells me he met Jay at the bar about five years ago. Under the bill of his Oregon Ducks hat, Wiley’s eyes make clear he’s still dealing with a lot of grief around the loss of his friend.
Wiley’s partner, Jamie, reaches over and puts a comforting hand on his back, a pained look of empathy on her face. Jamie is a former social worker from North Dakota and politically liberal. She says that while she and Danielson disagreed on a lot politically, he always valued and practiced civil discourse.
“He was a truth seeker, and he frequented the protests in Portland because he wanted to show the truth,” Jamie says. “He was never the kind of person who would disrespect or outright dismiss someone else’s beliefs. But Jay wanted you to challenge your own beliefs, and he would ask a lot of questions to get you to do that. He was very much about the Constitution and making sure that everybody has their rights to free speech or to own guns or whatever. He was about freedom, and he didn’t want the chaos that’s going on downtown. He was down there filming because he believed mainstream media didn’t show the full picture, especially the small factions that are not being peaceful and that are being instigators and creating problems downtown.”…

“The way they portrayed Jay when this first all happened was fucking heartbreaking — calling him a white supremacist and everything like that, like a Nazi and fascist. This dude didn’t have a problem with Black people whatsoever. That’s one thing I want to clear up. They misportrayed him as a person, and I’m upset about that.”
Rocke writes that a bartender at Cider Mill in Portland…
..said Danielson “was a helper” when contentious situations would arise in the bar.
“I’ll remember him for his kindness and his generosity,” the bartender told me. “A lot of our regulars are people of color, and there was never any point of contention with Jay. He was a kind person — always the first to open the door for me when my hands were full. He was well-liked here.”
A man with curly, brown locks named Trevor tells me it was hard for him to watch Reinoehl’s Vice interview.
“You’re watching the guy who killed one of your good friends just sit there and say your friend was trying to kill this person of color. Like, that’s never anything Jay would do. Not even for a second. I didn’t even question in my head like, ‘Maybe there was something going on.’ Like, no. There is no way. And at the end of the day, it was a wrong amount of force to be used in a situation like that anyway. There were plenty of other ways to handle that situation.”…
…A rainbow-haired, young lady named Cheyenne chimes in.
“It’s extremely frustrating having to defend our friend against all these allegations — against what the media is accusing him of and saying he was a part of. It’s extremely frustrating that this is even a problem.”
‘We do not want violence but we will not run from it either! If the police continue to pick on and beat up innocent citizens that are peacefully voicing their objections, it must be met with equal force!’
He claimed on social media to have been in the army and ‘hated it’.
Details of any military record are unknown.
He has a lengthy arrest record which includes violations for driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of a firearm.
In July, he was arrested for bringing a loaded gun to a protest but the charges against him were dropped. It is unclear why.
On July 5 at one of the demonstrations, Reinoehl was cited at 2:10 a.m. in the 700 block of Southwest Main Street on allegations of possessing a loaded gun in a public place, resisting arrest and interfering with police
He was given a date to appear in court later that month, but the allegations were dropped on July 30 with a “no complaint,” according to court records. The documents don’t indicate why prosecutors decided not to pursue the accusations. Reinoehl spent no time behind bars.
Brent Weisberg, a spokesman for Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt, said the office is still reviewing that July case involving Reinoehl.
Schmidt earlier Sunday decried the deadly violence. He took office on Aug. 1 and quickly announced that he wouldn’t pursue low-level charges against demonstrators, such as interfering with police or resisting arrest. He wasn’t district attorney when the office handled Reinoehl’s gun case…
…In a February Facebook post, Michael Reinoehl wrote that “it can be hard and confusing at times living in a world consumed by individuality.”
“When as beings we truly are connected to everything in the university and Beyond. Some of us feel trapped in a shell surrounded and controlled by individuals that have no clue,”…

More About Maurice Monson
This article by the Oregonian confirms that Maurice Monson goes by “Reese”. The article, from 2009, reports that he was arrested for armed robbery and impersonating an officer and received a 10 year sentence for it. The article also reports that he…
…refused to give them his name, so they searched him. They found a .32 revolver, a fake police badge, handcuffs, rubber gloves and a two-way radio in his backpack. Monson eventually told police that he and an accomplice used the police disguises to rob drug dealers.
He seems to have charmed the judge (Kenneth R. Walker) who, “said Monson was likeable and articulate, and that he felt comfortable calling him by his nickname, Reese.”
Still, Walker sentenced him to 10 years.
“I would like nothing more than for you to stop by my chambers one day and tell me you’re working and you’re making something of your life,” Walker said.
Monson said he would try.
“I want to man up to my wrongdoing and move forward from here,” he said.
